The VST (Virtual Sizing Tool) is an online application that I provided the UI/UX Design as well as the logo design. It was built with a combination of ASP.NET combined with a dynamic CSS to allow the flexibility to adapt it to different clients branding guidelines.
Research and interviews
Affinity Apparel worked with a several high end fashion designers who designed uniforms for many of the top companies in the world. These designers were concerned when they realized the employees were not wearing the proper size apparel for their body type. This resulted in a poor reflection of the designers end creation.
After speaking to the uniformed employees Affinity Apparel discovered the majority of wearers did not know how to properly measure themselves therefor would buy the uniforms either too small or too large. This resulted in poor fit and hampered range of motion.
Problem:
There is no tool that show how to properly measure for fit, while giving suggestions as to what size would fit best in different cuts of apparel.
Goal:
Educate the wearers in proper measuring techniques.
Offer a tool that can translate the uniform fit to the wearers sizes
Make the tool user-friendly enough to be used by wearers that range from line maintenance workers to pilots.
Interface must seamlessly match the branding of over 500 different clients.

Conclusion
Based on user tests and interviews, the uniform designers, product development, and the end wearers. We created an easy to use survey tool that is easily customized to the clients branding product offering and necessary measurements.
Affinity Apparel saw a drastic reduction in returns, an increase in positive feedback.
The Affinity Apparel website was designed utilizing a combination of Bootstraps and Microsoft Dynamics. This allowed us to fulfill the needs of both the internal and external customers.
Problem:
Affinity Apparel was looking for a face lift as it moves from SAP to the Microsoft Dynamics Platform. This would have to incorporate 500 clients each with its own product catalogs and product customizations (logo embroideries, silk screens, patches…). Also Affinity needed to have a separate public retail. On top of that some items were a shared between.
Products images were only 250 x 250. The SAP eStores did not show the products in all colors, nor did they display all of the customization. The old platform looked more like an application and less like a retail ordering.
This was an animated lesson on how to measure yourself to find the right fit. I designed five characters for this, rigged them, then animated them to match the audio provided.
Problem
After speaking to the uniformed employees Affinity Apparel discovered the majority of wearers did not know how to properly measure themselves therefor would buy the uniforms either too small or too large. This resulted in poor fit and hampered range of motion.
Goal: Educate the wearers in proper measuring techniques in an entertaining manner. Provide this solution in a cost effective manner.
I was blessed with the opportunity to layout this piece, as well as doing the photography. This was a full guideline booklet for Delta Airlines describing their uniform program. Along with wearing guidelines, fashion guidelines and alteration guidelines.
Package design for Hawaiian Airlines - A Blazer Box deigned to reflect Hawaiian Airlines' branding. It was designed to hold a full allotment of the uniform program (2 blazers, suite pants, dress shirt or blouse).
We designed the box with a notch at the top that was sturdy enough to hold 2 blazers on hangers. This not only kept the blazers in place during shipping, but also acted as a pleasing presentation for the customer.
